My account and my friends account have in same IP because we are in the same Laboratory , then my friend borrow my notebook for play ikariam is always . We call this place Hardware laboratory (at KMITL). And at this peroid my guild has a war (MANU vs TITAN) then has had troops movement so much. Thus isn't evade in case that anytime. Even if we know we are not on purpose that , maybe you will give a chance for our .We give a promise .We are following the RULE closely . If we break the rule so onetime , we are accept in it with no argument.

Adherence to the rules is the responsibility of the players, creation of an account requires acceptance to follow and adhere to the T&C and Rules of the game.
This ban is permenant on all involved accounts.Please feel free to create a new account, but please follow the rules more closely in the future.

About war among MANU vs TITAN that started about one week ago and we don\'t no when the war go to the end. In that time of war we and TITAN guild had attacked each other ,then we were senting our troops to our friend for attack or defend the town in my own. But now we were banned because "fleet contact" and we really hadn't known that cause and this war is my frist war.
In last we are respect in your rule but we please to appeal you to reconsider. We appreciate in your kindness. everything that your team do for we and my friend will be record in our heart.
