ทำให้ผมสงสัยถึงพัฒนาการรวมทีมของตู้พรรณไม้น้ำจากตรุกีทีมนี้ ฝีมือทำไมถึงก้าวไกลในเวทีโลกได้อย่างรวดเร็วปานนี้ ค้นเจอประวัติของทีม ADist น่าสนใจในแนวคิดการรวมทีมนี้จึงขอนำมาเล่าสู่กันฟังในวันหยุดฝนพรำวันนี้นะครับ

"ADist" (Aquarium Design İstanbul)
เป็นทีมผู้ที่รักและชื่นชอบพรรณไม้น้ำ จากเมืองอิสตันบลู (İstanbul) ประเทศตุรกี มาสมาชิก  6 คน ที่มีข้อตกลงว่าครั้งใดก็ตามที่คนในทีมจัดตู้ทุกคนต้องมีส่วนช่วยในการจัดร่วมกัน
ผลงานที่เราท่านอาจเคยผ่านตาผมจะขออธิบายภาพวิธีการเซ็ตอัพเท่าที่จะหาได้โดยละเอียดนะครับ

หลังจากที่พิจารณาแล้วไม้ทางซ้ายตู้ไม่โดดเด่นนักก็ทำการรื้อมอสมุมซ้ายออกไป  ตบแต่ง รั่ว ปล่องควัน ประตู้บ้านเข้าไป ประตู้บ้านที่ในรูปจริงดูเก่าเกิดจากการที่อยู่ในน้ำนานๆ(ผมคิดว่าตะคร่น้ำตาลมาเกาะเอง)

วิธีการ set up
เนื่องจากเป็นตู้ Low tech จึงเน้นความสำคัญกับเลย์เอาท์ เหมือนจริงมากกว่าความสมบูรณ์ของพรรณไม้ ใช้หลัก กฎทอง golden ratio ในการจัดวาง ขอนไม้ หิน ใช้หินแก้ว วางในตำแหน่งใน น้ำ เพื่อให้ในน้ำเสมือนจริง

ต้องขอชื่นชมทีม ADist จากตุรกีครับที่ สร้างชื่อได้ภายใน 2 ปีเก็บรางวัล กันมามากมายเลยทีเดียว ความรักในสิ่งเดียวกันของทั้ง 6 คนสามารถรวมพลังสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ คิดสรรค์เลย์เอาท์ที่ไม่ได้สุดยอดแค่มีความสมบูรณ์ของเลย์เอาท์ พรรณไม้น้ำ  เทคนิค การระดมแรงบันดาลใจ จนถึงรวมตัวทำให้วงการไม้น้ำของประเทศพัฒนาได้อย่างจริงจัง พลังของทีมชนะ ยังเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีเยี่ยมของสังคมพรรณไม้น้ำในประเทศที่อนาคตจะต้องสร้างชื่อในวงการได้อย่างแน่นอน  โดยที่ข้ออ้างจากสภาพอากาศที่เป็นตัวอุปสรรคสำคัญของตุรกีมองเป็นเรื่องเล็กไปเลย
(ประเทศตุรกีอยู่ติด ชายฝั่งด้านทะเลเมดิเตอร์เรเนียนมีภูมิอากาศแบบเมดิเตอร์เรเนียน กล่าวคือหน้าร้อนอากาศร้อนและแห้งแล้ง ส่วนหน้าหนาวอากาศอบอุ่นและมีฝนตก เทือกเขาที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้ชายฝั่งเป็นตัวกั้นทำให้ภูมิอากาศตอนกลางของประเทศเป็นแบบภาคพื้นทวีป ซึ่งมีความแตกต่างระหว่างฤดูอย่างเห็นได้ชัด ฤดูหนาวบริเวณที่ราบสูงตอนกลางหนาวมาก อุณหภูมิลดลงถึง -30 ถึง -40℃)

หันกลับมาที่ประเทศไทย ถึงเวลาหรือยัง? ที่เราจะต้องสู้กันด้วยการระดมสมอง ระดมพลังทีมไทย เลือดคนรักไม้น้ำไทยผมว่ามันไม่ได้เจือจางไปกว่าชาติไหนๆครับ เราสู้ได้ทั้งทรัพยากร บุคลากร อุปกรณ์ สมอง ภูมิอากาศ  รอวันเสียงสตารท์อย่างเป็นทางการเท่านั้นครับ

หากพี่ไทยจะลงแข่งกะเขา หน้าจะเอาพวกพรรณไม้น้ำในโซนเอเชียตะออกเฉียงใต้
มาทดลองจัดสักตู้ เพราะไม้น้ำโซนบ้านเราก็มีหลากหลายสายพันธุ์ไม่น้อยหน้าทวีปอื่นๆ แถมไม่ฝืนธรรมชาติของไม้น้ำเกินไปด้วย

ของไทยเรายังส่งประกวดกันแบบต่างคนต่างส่งอยู่
ยังไม่เห็นการผนึกกำลังกันจัดตู้เลย

จริง ๆ ก็น่าจะมีสมาคมไม้น้ำแห่งประเทศไทยไว้เป็นที่รวมตัวกัน
เหมือนอย่าง สมาคมผู้ส่งออกข้าวแห่งประเทศไทย สมาคมโรงแรมแห่งประเทศไทย ฯลฯ
เอาไว้เป็นศูนย์รวมคนปลูกไม้น้ำ
สำคัญที่จะได้เป็นพื้นที่ที่เป็นศูนย์กลางในการรวมพลชาวไม้น้ำ
ในการทำกิจกรรมและการวางมาตรฐานอะไรต่าง ๆ ให้วงการต่อไปในอนาคตด้วย
